Legs up the wall is a restorative yoga pose designed to calm the mind and relieve anxiety and stress. To get into “feet against the wall” position, find an open spot on the wall and lean your left side against the wall, palms up. Keeping your hips as close to the wall as possible, slowly lean your legs against the wall, keeping your arms at your sides and palms facing up; Finally close your eyes, inhale deeply, then exhale slowly, focus on breathing deeply for a moment, and then exhale slowly!
