Top 10 Treks In The World

10. The Torres del Paine Circuit, Patagonia, Chile

the ideal hike for photographers

Distance: 136 kilometers (85 miles).

9 days are involved.

Level: challenging

When they see the size of the terrain, many tourists to Chile’s Torres del Paine National Park become discouraged and choose the shorter ‘W Trek’. However, we advise taking the entire 9-day ‘O Trek’ circuit to fully appreciate the enormous range of landscapes in this amazing wilderness area. Following the trail from Las Torres, you’ll traverse some of the most picturesque landscapes in the world, including deep, silent lakes, carved mountains, clear rivers, vast meadows, and the icy tongue of Grey Glacier.

There is a ton of variety every trekking mile, but you must make arrangements in advance because there are only 80 trekkers allowed on any section of route at once and camping spots and refugios are in high demand. If you want to reserve a spot during the popular trekking season from November to March, contact the organizations running the lodges and camping grounds months in advance.
